Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-10-29
Product Fantasy (product-fantasy.com) is a product site run by an individual, small independent developer. Its products include Lifov (a personal life operating system) and unsaid jar. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, where it is kept, and what you can do about it.
1. What we collect
- Account identifiers: information used to recognize you when you sign in or use a product, such as an email address or account ID.
- Google data you authorize: when you choose to connect a product to your Google Account, we access only the data within the scope you approve on the consent screen, and nothing beyond it.
- Content you provide: for example the email, note, and optional willingness-to-pay answer you enter when joining a waitlist.
- Site usage data: only after you click "Accept", traffic and browsing information is collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (see "Cookies and analytics" below).
2. How we use it
We use data only to provide the feature you are using. Google data you authorize is used only to make that feature work, and for nothing else.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising, including personalized advertising.
3. Storage and retention
Data is kept on the cloud services we use, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare.
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service. When you revoke authorization, stop using the service, or ask us to delete your data, we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep it.
4. Google user data and Limited Use
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In practice: we use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features; we do not transfer it to others except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with law, or in a merger or acquisition with notice as required by law; we do not use it to serve ads; and we do not allow humans to read it unless we have your consent, it is needed for security purposes, it is required by law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.
5. Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties, except when required by law, when disclosure is legally necessary to protect rights or safety, and with service providers that help us operate (such as our hosting provider Cloudflare), which may process data only on our instructions.
6. Cookies and analytics
A cookie notice appears the first time you open the site. You can choose "Accept" or "Essential only".
"Essential only": Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are not loaded and no traffic data is collected. We store a record of your choice in your browser so we do not ask again.
"Accept": Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are loaded to show where traffic comes from and which pages people read. Advertising-related storage and personalization stay off.
You can reset this choice by clearing the site's data in your browser.
7. Your rights
You can revoke our access at any time on your Google Account permissions page.
You can also email the contact address below to ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you.
8. Children
Our services are not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you find that a child's data was given to us, email us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will update this page and its effective date, and announce material changes clearly on the site.
