These terms apply to the Product Fantasy (product-fantasy.com) website and its products, including Lifov and unsaid jar. By using our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. The service
Product Fantasy is a product site run by an individual, small independent developer. It showcases and offers self-made products such as Lifov (a personal life operating system) and unsaid jar. What each product does is described on its own page, and some products are still in development.
2. Your obligations and prohibited conduct
Use the service lawfully and take responsibility for your account and the content you provide. You may not:
- Violate any law or infringe anyone else's rights.
- Access another person's account or data without permission, or interfere with the operation or security of the service.
- Reverse engineer the service, scrape it in bulk by automation, or use it in ways that place an unreasonable load on it.
- Use the service to spread malware, spam, or unlawful content.
3. Accounts and data
Keep your sign-in credentials safe; actions taken under your account are treated as yours. Content you put into the service remains yours, and you authorize us to process it only to provide the service.
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
4. Intellectual property
The code, design, text, and trademarks of the service belong to Product Fantasy or their original owners. You may use them as needed to use the service normally, but you may not copy, distribute, or adapt them into another service without permission.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it fits your particular purpose. Some products are still in development, so please back up anything important.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you actually paid us for that service in the twelve months before the event; if you paid nothing, we are not liable for direct damages. Where the law mandates otherwise, the law prevails.
6. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or end all or part of the service, and will try to give notice on the site beforehand. If you breach these terms, we may suspend or end your access. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update this page and its effective date; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For any dispute arising from the terms or the service, the parties agree that the Taipei District Court in Taiwan is the court of first instance, unless the law provides for exclusive jurisdiction elsewhere.
